WSNA Breakthrough To Nursing Director's Page
The WSNA's Breakthrough To Nursing Director has announced that this year's theme is: Teen Awareness. Focus is on educating Middle School and High School Students about careers in nursing and to promote recruitment into the profession and a positive image of nursing! The objectives are: To offer BTN propaganda, including WSNA-made pamphlets to WSNA chapters for the purpose of assisting them in educating teens about choosing nursing as a focus of higher education. (Look for these at the annual convention in February!) To create awareness of possible shadowing or day-camp nursing opportunities. To encourage one-on-one discussions with the target population.
